The subject of the study is the question of how various law and order approaches the need for codification of business law. The author has analyzed the legislation of the Russian Federation, as well as some European states. The positions of famous scientists on this problem are given. The author sets out his vision of solving the problems of codification of legislation in the field of business law that he identified.
