Recently, there has been a trend of active growth in the number of successful incidents of
socio-engineering attacks. To assess the probability of success of a socio-engineered attack, it is necessary
to aggregate a significant number of factors. One of these factors is the evaluation of a potential attacker. This
article is devoted to the problem of assessing a potential attacker through the construction of his competence
profile.
