In the article the basic natural and anthropogenic factors that determine the accumulation of chemical elements in soils and plants of the north of Western Siberia are considered. content's tendencies of elements such as V, Ni, Fe, Mn, Cr, Mo, Zn, Cu, Hg, B, Br, I, Pb, S in various natural territorial complex (NTC) of the Urengoy's north on the territory of 28 oil and gas fields is identified. As a result of the factor analysis is revealed the cumulative effect on the chemical composition of indicator species of plants and soils as zonal and azonal factors. It is noted that the human impact on the tundra NTC as a result of oil and gas industry is manifested locally. Specific indicators such anthropogenic impacts on the environment are heavy metals.
