The study and projection associative cortex in the formation of individual style of activity reveals the essence of perfectionism in neurotic disorders. The study of the phenomenology of perfectionism can be done in various ways, but perfectionistic installations always involve human personality, with its "The way I am". Analysis of autobiographical memory reflects the perfectionist picture of the world from different angles, since it is a special mental component, which allows to turn to the experience of the person closely associated with "The way I am", and allows therefore become a support for the study genesis and stabilization systems perfectionist. Of particular significance become perfectionistic installation at critical periods of human life, when planning for the future, which determined our choice youthful age as the study group. The perfectionist has features of autobiographical memory for the image own "I", "a "I" ideal" and "the Other" and other perceptual distortions that are typical for patients with clinical depression. Also, these individuals are inherent undeveloped, primitive psychological defense mechanisms.
