That is ensured by an antibacterial therapy in a combination of josamycin 500 mg 3 times a day and cefixime 400 mg once day for 14 days from 1st day of menstrual cycle 1 month before the IVF protocol and additionally introducing immunonin intravenously drop-by-drop in dose of 100 ml - 5 g 24 hours prior to embryo transfer and 100 ml - 5 g in 7 days after embryo transfer in the IVF protocol.</p> <p num="29">EFFECT: method extends the range of products for increasing the chances of pregnancy ensured by a combination therapy and developing a new dosing regimen and a prescription schedule for intravenous immunoglobulin.</p> <p num="30">1 cl, 1 ex</p>
