The article discusses the relevance of studying the polymorphism
of genes of antioxidant system enzymes – superoxide dismutase SOD2 (C47T, rs4880) and catalase CAT (-262C / T, rs1001179) in connection with the development of multifactorial diseases associated with the NF-kB signaling pathway, in particular, arterial hypertension.
