The specific factors impact on the neurotic disorders incidence is analyzed. The role of the metropolis psychological and social influence on the ones global functioning is represented. The article describes the specific of the development and course of the neurasthenic, histrionic, obsessive anxiety disorders and non-chemical addictions.
