In article results of researches of authors on justification of pedagogical model of development of physical qualities in female cadets of medical schools with use of fitness are presented in article. This model includes purposes, content of activity of the faculty of medical school. Besides, it includes the methodical system of physical training; means, forms, methods of physical training in higher education institution and also the formed qualities necessary for graduates of higher education institution for effective professional activity. In the course of the pedagogical experiment the high efficiency of the developed pedagogical model of development of physical qualities in female cadets of medical schools with use of fitness is proved.
