This paper is devoted to problems of consideration of psychosexual development of juveniles in proceedings on criminal actions of sexual assault. The authors motivate the need to include the individual traits of psychosexual development of juveniles in the legislative framework and practice consideration. Special focus is devoted to the role of psychosexual development of juvenile victims in criminal law.
