The article discusses the possibilities of cervical cancer primary and secondary prevention. It is noted that the normalization of folate levels in peripheral blood and red blood cells opens up new opportunities to reduce the risk of human papillomavirus persistence, cervical neoplasia development and further cervical cancer.
