Today there are a huge number of films, books, computer games based on the idea of human interaction with artificial intelligence. At the same time the characters have always faced the main problem — the risk of being eliminated by AI. As the eminent English physicist Stephen William Hawking once said: "Success in creating AI could be the biggest event in the history of our civilization, but it could also be the last — unless we learn how to avoid the risks". Nevertheless, there is no point in denying the fact that today we cannot imagine our lives without the using of hi-tech technologies. The question arises: is it possible to replace a person in any kind of activity? At the moment, this seems to be unlikely. But today AI is already being used in one of the most ‘mankind’ fields — in the justice system.
