The article is devoted to the study of organizational culture at enterprises in the Russian Federation. The actuality of the chosen issue is conditioned to the fact that organizational culture is one of the most important tools in improvement of the efficiency of enterprises, which is so necessary in global and competitive modern business environment. However, the opportunities of this phenomenon remain undisclosed and unused in many enterprises in the Russian Federation. The authors regard the features of organizational culture as a phenomenon.
