Despite the progressive development of implantation methods for replacing missing teeth, removable prosthetics are still relevant for patients who have contraindications to dental implants and/or a limited budget. The aim of the study was to evaluate the reaction of the tissues of the prosthetic bed to removable dentures and to reveal the relationship between the rate of adaptation to removable prosthetic patients and the use of epithelial, antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory, analgesic and other agents. 72 patients with removable orthopedic structures were examined. Based on the results of the study, patients are recommended to use antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory and analgesic gels, epithelializing agents for quick adaptation to removable dentures.
