The paper presents the results of a study of the problem of web accessibility of massive open online courses (MOOCs). By browsing the catalogs of MOOC platforms, 65 free Russian-language MOOCs in computer science and programming were selected. It has been established that some of the problems are on the platform side, and the other part is caused by the incompetence of the course authors. The results indicate a low availability of Russian-language MOOCs in programming and computer science.
