The African continent can be considered a place of diversification of various industrial and technological processes. In this regard, African states have a strong interest in finding new partners that can, through sustainable mechanisms of cooperation, meet their growing trade, economic, industrial, innovative and other needs. At the same time, however, there exists a competitive struggle for Africa among some key geopolitical players, including Russia.
