The article proposes the application of a logical-linguistic approach for modeling complex economic systems in industry based on the construction of frames of existing knowledge about the object of management, which is based on a combination of natural-material indicators of the zero-tier enterprise management and economic indicators of the upper tiers. This model is based on knowledge of the laws of the construction and operation of open systems (complex economic systems in industry). The use of this approach in the management of the production enterprise serves the purpose of identifying, systematizing problem situations, as well as their inherent risks, opportunities and threats. The obtained model of logical-linguistic connections allows an enterprise to reveal and foresee many properties of the object being studied and its interrelations, to reveal the possibilities of the occurrence of problematic situations that cannot be identified using the generally accepted methods of risk identification.
