In the paper, developing the concept of communicative capitalism, we make an attempt to describe the new power actors that have occurred in the digital environment. We give them brief characteristics and describe new configurations and conflicts arising as a result of networked, media-, and political spaces intersection. Finally, two hypothetical situations are considered in which the resources of digital power actors and institutionalized mediacrats are comparably equal: "competition" and "cooperation". Each situation has its own set of discursive and instrumental practices being used by both groups of actors.
