The article is devoted to the implementation of the «One Belt — One Road»
Initiative within the framework of modern Chinese diplomacy and globalization
3.0: its characteristic features and specifics. In this context, the main vectors of the
development of Xi Jinping’s foreign policy are analyzed, among which the principle
of creating a society of “common destiny”, a new system of international relations
with China at the head and the developing of megaprojects, for example, the «One
Belt — One Road» megaproject, are in the first place. Also world political issues,
related to overcoming the consequences of the global COVID-19 pandemic by
countries, included in the «One Belt — One Road» Initiative, are considered within
the framework of the proposed topic.
