The author of the article attempts to study the Eurasian Economic Union in the context of the processes of global regionalization. The EAEU can be considered as an early form of a global region, which is formed on the basis of the specific model of the Eurasian integration and is able to claim the status of one of the centers of the new multipolar world order.
