Within the Federal target program "Increase in Traffic Safety in 2013-2020" the principles of rendering specialized medical care for victims with the severe combined injury in the travmocentrakh of St. Petersburg, a technique of the choice of optimum surgical tactics are developed at them, algorithms of diagnostics and treatment of victims with the combined injuries of the head, neck, breast, stomach, a basin, a backbone and extremities with use of the new, protected by patents for an invention ways and devices, antishock and intensive postoperative treatment, prevention and treatment of complications. The described innovations have great practical value for improvement of the organization and quality of activity of travmocentre of the country, reduction of quantity of complications is promoted, by durations of treatment and lethality.
