Quality of life (QL) has been evaluated for ovarian cancer patients (N = 82) with histologically confirmed diagnosis. In this study, the assessment of affective disorders (anxiety and depression) and cognitive functioning has been completed, which has demonstrated that anxiety and depression have negative impact on all areas of QL. It has been revealed that neurocognitive disorders don’t have significant influence on the parameters of QL. Chemotherapy has negative impact on physical and social functioning of the patients. QL of the ovarian cancer patients is determined by combined influence of somatogenic factors, including complications connected with the progression of the oncological disease, as well as by the affective disorders (anxiety and depression). Affective disorders play significant role and determine QL of the ovarian cancer patients.
