Legal support of the national interests of Russia in the information space in the current conditions requires the solution of a complex algorithm with a special system approach. The Doctrine of Information Security of Russia, approved by the Decree of the RF President in 2016, serves as the conceptual basis for systematic approach to ensuring the information security. This document can be considered a systemic legal act that ensures the coordination of public authorities in forecasting and preventing, to repel modern information threats. The adoption of the Doctrine of Information Security in 2016 was associated with the development of information technologies, and with the emergence of new threats in the information space.
