In this article from the perspective of materialist conception of history we are making an attempt to prove that the return to the old, but still maintaining its importance, power and class categories, which were revealed by R. Dahrendorf, who was convinced in the fact that “the open and shut-in society” categories made power and class concepts void and empty.
