The modern biopsychosocial paradigm demands necessity of optimization of therapeutic process which means not only new psychopharmacology approaches, but also perfection of psychotherapeutic programs using the integrative approach, allowing uniting various techniques of different psychotherapeutic trends on the basis of synthesis of their theoretical positions. Development of a method and way of application of the multimodal bodywork psychotherapy have been caused by necessity of an intensification of treatment process of mentally ill patients with endogenic psychoses to increase of their adaptive potential, recovery of cognitive functions in this group of patients that has allowed to avoid difficulties of adaptation and construction of a partner and family mutual relations which inevitably arise after the survive from mental disorder and cannot be successfully resolved by any other kind of psychotherapy for short enough term. The technique of carrying out multimodal bodywork therapy allows to solve many typical problems of definition of the most vulnerable or basic zones of adaptation of the patient for life by means of individual or group interventions, and also search for therapeutic ways of influence on disadaptive spheres of a life of the person, influencing on unconscious, carefully working with psychological mechanisms of adaptation of the patient.
