The paper is devoted to the problem of combating official position abuse by guerrilla groups’ members in the Soviet Resistance. On the basis of archival documents and national historiography analysis we considered the abuse and arbitrariness of guerrilla groups’ members, the fight against defectors’ crimes, as well as episodes of the command staff’s involving women of the units into forced cohabitation. The authors of the paper concluded that in identifying excesses of someone's criminal activity in the units, the case proceedings were conducted in compliance with the procedures of investigative and judicial actions.
