The article is devoted to the consideration of legal issues of mandatory medical examinations by employees in the field of labor, which affect the dynamics of individual labor relations, changes in the rights and obligations of a particular employee and employer. Such questions relate to the legal effects of passing (non4passing) medical examinations by an employee at the conclusion of an employment contract, when an employee is suspended from work, or when an employment contract is terminated. Based on the study and analysis of court cases, the author identifies the methods used in practice to protect the rights of employees, determining the legality of their application and the effectiveness of their implementation .
