The study is devoted to research of efficiency of work of seamen, their personal qualities, team roles, and professional burnout. The study involved 70 respondents - marine specialists - navigators and engineers. Analyzed peer performance qualities, team roles, and professional burnout. The study involved 70 respondents assessment (methodology 270°: the external experts, internal experts, self-assessment). The obtained results confirmed the reliability of using the complex of methods, including expert assessment, personal psycho diagnostic methods for prediction of efficiency of work of marine professionals in the selection of marine crew, depending on their primary specialty.
