The article presents data on the study of a healthy lifestyle in different periods of adulthood. The phenomenon of a healthy lifestyle «Health-Promoting Lifestyle Profile (HPLP)» was considered in accordance with the model proposed by Walker et al., (1996). Evaluation of a healthy lifestyle was conducted in six blocks: 1) "Spiritual Growth"; 2) "Interpersonal Relations"; 3) "Nutrition"; 4) "Physical Activity"; 5) "Health Responsibility"; 6) "Stress Management", as well as using a specially developed questionnaire. Also the behavior directed on restoration of potential in a context of professional activity was considered. The study involved 402 people aged 17 to 60 years. The average severity of behavior related to a healthy lifestyle has been revealed. Differences in age groups are shown for the parameters "Nutrition", "Spiritual Growth", "Interpersonal Relations", "Stress Management" and the overall indicator. Specificity of manifestation of a healthy lifestyle in the age groups is revealed. It is shown that the parameters of a healthy lifestyle act as predictors of behavior conducive to the restoration of potential in the context of professional activity.
