The paper discusses the problem of prevalence of stressors in daily life. We hypothesize that everyday events, including stressful events, is me- diated by age, importance of different life domains, and specifics of coping resources development. We generalize the results of empirical studies on professional and non-professional stressors of daily life and coping resources, conducted on the samples of managers and school teachers aged 18-70. We identified differences in sensitivity to professional and non-professional stressors in different periods of adulthood and their correlations with personality characteristics and coping strategies. There was no definite answer on the ratio of coping behavior and age.
