New fault kinematics data of the Archinsk field in the Nurol depression (SE part of the West Siberian Basin) are obtained by structural map analysis of the 3D seismic reflection data. There are two stages of fault formation in the Mesozoic-Cenozoic. The first stage is characterized by a normal stress regime with NE-trending minimal principal stress and corresponds to Triassic rifting. The second stage is characterized by Cenozoic strike-slip fault both formation and reactivation with NW- and NE-trending minimal and maximum principal stresses.
