Currently, modern implantation methods allow qualitative replacement of the defect in the dentition, but despite this, removable prosthetics does not lose its relevance for patients who have contraindications to dental implants or limited budget. The aim of this study was to assess the state of the oral mucosa in patients with removable orthopedic structures and to identify the relationship between the state of the mucosa and different types of removable prostheses. A survey of 61 of a patient having removable orthopedic constructions. According to the results of the study it was found that the longer the period of wearing dentures, the more severe mucosal lesions were observed in patients.
