Social capital is a complex socio-economic object, in the study of which many factors must be taken into account. On the one hand, these are characteristics of the participants in the interaction, on the other, a description of the environment for this interaction. When assessing social capital, it is necessary to take into account the significance of individual characteristics, the numerical information about which is usually inaccessible or incomplete, or exists in non-numeric form. This makes it very difficult to assess social capital. The report present the method of randomized consolidated indicators, which makes it possible to use available non-numeric information in the social capital estimation.
