The subject of this study is the consideration of climate change from a political and legal perspective. The purpose of this article is to analyze the judgment against “Urgenda et al” in terms of its uniqueness. The authors tried to compare it with similar cases in other countries and determine the specifics of the relationship between the parties in this case, as well as possible qualitative changes in relations between the state and citizens.
