In this work we will review influence of Great Russian outcome on Turkish culture in 1920s. At first we will view the outcome’s history and reasons, then migrants’ everyday life, their problems during that period, their cultural life and also how Russian migrants’ culture spread around Turkey. At final we sum up the tracks of that period nowadays.
