In the article is being examined theory of "History of conceptions" («Begruffsgeschichte») by Reinchard Kozelleck from the point of view of his polemic with Gadamer's philosophical hermeneutics. The main point of discussion is the idea of conceptions' genesis in hermeneutics, as well as conceptions' history. In both cases it allows concretize and limit both approaches. Thesis of conceptions' history as anthropologic one decisively overcome approach to history from the point of view of values' theory, placing it on the cognitive level close to modern investigations in this multi-disciplinary area.
