Today there is an opinion about the negative impact of the monarchical form of government both on the political life of the country and on the whole society as a whole, but is it so, because today there are more than 30 monarchies, and some of them flourishing and they are centers of attraction for world money capital, which, of course, plays a positive role in socio-economic development. One of these countries is the Kingdom of Belgium, which, being a constitutional monarchy, occupies the highest positions in the ratings for the quality of life and freedom of the population.
