Aim. Currently, issues of evaluation and analysis of the quality of models and polymodel complexes describing complex objects (DCO) at various stages of their life cycle (LC) are ofparticular relevance. An approach for the generalized meaningful and formal description of the problem in question is proposed. Materials and methods. An original approach based on the system-management interpretation of the processes of creating and using models and polymodel complexes describing SLO is proposed. Results. To solve these problems, the authors of the article developed a corresponding theory, which they called the qualimetry of models and polymodel complexes. The article shows how, based on the concept introduced by them - the evolving situation, it is possible to approach multi-criteria analysis and synthesis of both models (polymodel complexes) and systems modeling technologies for situational centers (DSS) from a single managerial position.
