To define the indications and opportunities in diagnostics, computer tomography research of 45 patients with lymphedema of lower extremities was carried out. As a result it was revealed that inclusion of CT in a complex of methods of lower extremities lymphedema diagnostics enable to determine the extend of involvement and according to this to choose an optimal way of surgical intervention and in some cases to limit radicalism of operation because of possible complications.
