The characteristic is given to modern budgetary crisis in Russia as to one more stage of development of the budgetary relations in the state. The interbudgetary interrelations to the states and regions in the conditions of the budgetary crisis are shown. Possible ways of decrease in negative consequences of the budgetary crisis for regional budgets and a possibility of their execution at the present stage are listed.
