Ethnic, cultural and religious diversity in the recipient countries determines the complexity of the social environment. Labor immigrants can benefit, including host countries in the event of their successful integration. Non-governmental organizations respond immediately to the needs of their target groups and are the initiate many legal acts and programs for labor migrants. The article compares the NGOs in Germany and Russia engaged in the integration of labor migrants into their societies.
