We consider a junction of \[N\ semi-infinite cylindrical acoustic waveguides, and, for a small frequency, construct asymptotics of the scattering matrix. The effects of almost complete reflection and transmission are found only in the cases \[N = 1\ and \[N = 2\ under condition of equal area of cross-sections while for ather case no anomaly is present
