The article is devoted to China's participation in energy and infrastructure projects in the Russian Arctic. The goal of this work is to find the optimal scenario for cooperation between Moscow and Beijing, which will be equally beneficial for both sides. To achieve this goal, the author analyzes the advantages and weaknesses of both partners. The main emphasis is on mutual concessions, which should guarantee equal cooperation.
