The article is dealing with the details of grammatical metaphor functioning in
Spanish colloquial speech. The grammatical metaphor consists of transposition of
grammatical forms with the purpose to create additional meanings. Special cases
of indefi nite article, personal, demonstrative and indefi nite pronouns functioning are being studied here.
