The article describes the work of the main periodical edition of the Leningrad
headquarters of the partisan movement– the newspaper “Leningrad partisan”. The partisan periodical is a unique and valuable source for the study of the partisan movement. The newspaper “Leningrad partisan”, contains information not only about the fighting, but also reflects the daily lives of members of the partisan movement. The exceptional role of the newspaper in raising the morale of the partisans, who in the conditions of information hunger, practically had no opportunity to receive information about the current situation on the fronts of the great Patriotic war, is noted.
