In this article the influence of the philosophy of human rights and freedoms on processes formation of human values systems and the role of the latter in the internationalization and globalization of social processes. The author believes that this influence was mutual. Social progress has been accompanied by the rise of human status, recognition of human rights and freedoms as fundamental pillars of life, and conditions for its optimization and rationalization, which, in turn, accelerated the processes of internationalization and globalization. These processes have continued throughout all history of mankind; they acquire new content in the era of great social, industrial and technological revolutions, the subject and the object of which is the man himself. The field of human rights and freedoms, due to recognition of their common international standards, has become more or less common and unique to all mankind. This should entail the further acceleration of globalization processes also in other spheres of human life.
