Researches of intertextuality present certain interest both for studies in major theoretical issues, and investigations in detailed questions in the field of text linguistics. This article is an attempt to describe some means of intertextual links in English literary fairy-tales. The study of the texts shows that literature texts for children present аvariety of intertextual links such as intratextuality, paratextuality, archetextuality, etc. Literary fairy-tale texts follow in their structure traditional folklore fairy-tale structure. Reviewed material is rich in quotations, allusions. It will be interesting for interdisciplinary researches to study interconnections between types of intertextuality and its complexity and reader/listener age, as well as the ability of the addressee to decode these phenomena in fiction texts
