In this work the main methods of mobilization of youth at the time of “the virgin epic” are considered. The history of development of virgin lands showed the All-Union Leninist Young Communist League as the consolidated organization capable it is successful to mobilize the members for achievement of a political goal, and it is obviously important a stage of development of this organization.
