Migration processes of the middle of the XIX-XX centuries had a major impact upon the formation of the national variant of Argentine Spanish language. Lexical and phraseological peculiarities of Argentina national variant of Spanish language connected to the language assimilation of the immigrants are being observed in the article. The special attention is paid to the words borrowed from Italian and English languages.
