The article is dedicated to study of value-semantic grasp and its influence on life satisfaction parameters of adults, having assisting/helping occupation. The sample consist of 2 groups: 1. involved into helping activities and 2. do not involved into these activities. In total 109 people, age 20-40. The research displayed specifics of adults' value-semantic parameters and life satisfaction for people involved into assisting/helping activities.
