The article describes and compares the content profile of St. Petersburg regional TV channels: “Saint Petersburg” (“Sankt-Peterburg”), “78” and LOT (the 47-th channel). The author’s classification of TV content is given, the share of different types of programmes in the schedule is analyzed. It’s considered also when and how often these types of programmes are broadcasted.
